Catholic Faith

What is life about? Is there something more? Does God exist? How do I know who God is? You may be asking these questions, and searching for God in different ways. We want to know the purpose of our life, what leads to true fulfilment and we all desire to love and be loved. Below are some truths that help answer these questions:

You were created for relationship with God

'See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and that is what we are.' (1 John 3:1)

Sin has broken humanity’s relationship with God

God has given us a Saviour, Jesus Christ

'For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.' (John 3:16-17)

Jesus desires to be at the centre of your life

'Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to you and eat with you, and you with me.' (Revelation 3:20)

Whatever stage you are at in your faith journey, that are lots of ways in which you can find out more.
